On the other hand, Blogspot is the root domain of your blog. This means that your blog will be stored on blogspot.com. For example, NameOfYourBlog.blogspot.com.

Step 1: Sign up for Blogger
First of all, click on the link "Blogger.com" to go to Blogger home page and sign up.
Step 2: Create or Sign in to Google account (Gmail)
Then click “Create Your Blog”, It will take you to a Google sign-in or sign up page. If you already have a Google account, enter your email address click “Next”, then enter your password and click “Next” again. You are now signed in.

Choose your country, dialing code then enter your phone number and verify your phone number.
